About Us, Our Staff & Structure
ElectricalCerts is an association of three electrical testing companies based in Northern, Central and Southern England. It was established as a focal point for customers with a national testing requirement. Each company is quality accredited and a member of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors (NICEIC). Our engineers are qualified to the appropriate industry standards. These are detailed more specifically within the service areas.

Director of Field Operations
Stephen has overall responsibility for engineer competency, training and on-going assessment, as well as technical support issues. Stephen is Powertest's NICEIC Qualifying Manager. |

Eddie Bassett
Training & Field Operations
Eddie is responsible for the initial training of field engineers and provides them with technical support.
Eddie also works with the Director of Field Operations, and is also a NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor. |

Tina processes uploaded PAT data and produces test reports/certificates for customers. |
